Reviewers give VND 50,000 for a wash of about 30-36 minutes and VND 10,000 for a 10-minute dry. Detergent is added automatically and instructions are in Russian and English. It takes cash, QR payment and contactless cards.

Ironing is VND 15,000 a piece, bedding VND 30,000 a kg and shoe cleaning VND 60,000 a pair. Dry cleaning a suit jacket is VND 70,000 and a full suit VND 140,000.
A guest testimonial on its own site says clothes dropped at about 3:45 pm were ready by 7 pm.
